INSULATION CONNECTOR FOR TRANSITION FROM LV ABC 2,5-150 TO BARE CONDUCTOR

It is used for connection of LV brunch self supporting power lines to the non insulated aluminum conductor. Body clamp is made of the polyamide with fibreglass resistant to all atmospheric and mechanical conditions. Contact spikes are made of aluminium alloy. Contact with insulated conductor is achieved with the spikes for piercing the insulation, and the contact with the non insulated conductor is achieved by using plate which increases conductivity. Waterproofing is achieved by special rubber resistant to a UV rays and other atmospheric conditions. For tightening use  OK-13 tool, for disassembling use OK-22.It is used for the main no insulated conductor cross section 6-150mm2 and brunch insulated conductor 2,5-35mm2. Note: For 2.5mm2 conductors it is necessary to fold the conductor and place inside the clamp.
