This device for transferring cable bunch from pulley tackle onto supporting clamp is a new product on the Euro market. It is very simple to work with and makes the job of mounting cable bunches easier. It is intended for laying mid-voltage cable bunches and also for mounting ABC of 0,4 kV. The device has a built-in hydraulic by which cable bunch is risen over yoke and chain and transmitted to the supporting clamp. Used for carrying support of MV ABC cables on posts. Min. breaking force is 40 kN (without carrying clamp). Steel parts are usually cold galvanized, but on customer’s request we do hot – dip galvanizing.

It includes two clamps for mid-voltage ABC, two hinges, double hinge support, general purpose bracket, and an appropriate support ring. Usually cold galvanized, but on customers request hot-dip galvanized.

CLAMP FOR TENSIONING SUPPORT OF MV ABC CABLES AND Al-STEEL ROPES

It is used for double angular and tensioning support of mid-voltage cable bunch (non insulated Al-steel rope). Supporting of MV ABC cables is done through the carrying rope. It is used in combination with the hinge support and the general purpose bracket. (ordered separately).Minimum breaking force is 40 kN (without tension bearing clamp) NOTE: When ordering, please indicate if it is for ABC or for non insulated rope.

DOUBLE PIPE RINGS WITH TWO NOTCHES

It is used for double sided anchoring of roof-pipe support (bracket) and to connect ABC cables using tension clamp Usually Zn- coated, but on customer’s request, hot- dip galvanized.
