SEGMENTAL TUBULAR STEEL POLES

 

Tubular metal poles are intended for use in illuminating roadways, parks, pathways, etc. These poles are made of quality steel pipes that are joined by arc welding. Therefore, poles thus produced have good mechanical characteristics and in shape satisfy all esthetic requirements of contemporary public lighting. Surface protection is by hot-dipping or with protective polyester electrostatic enamel in various colors from the RAL color card. Depending on the manner of placement, the poles are of two types : – those placed in a concrete foundation, Type (A) and – those for securing into a concrete foundation using three or four anchor hooks, Type (B). The top of the pole (Detail ”A”) is made according to the type of lamp, ø48 or ø60.

Fluo lamps for urban lighting are used for illumination of parks, city squares, sidewalks, factory grounds and all other places where good illumination is necessary. Advantages:

Consists of: body made of aluminium alloy casted under high-pressure, cover of the lamp is made of sheet metal with system pure aluminium mirror, poly-carbonated protector and aluminium , aluminium lens-hood. All external parts are made of stainless steel.

Replacement of bulb is very simple – by unscrewing two bolts on the lid of the lamp which offers easy approach to the bulb.

Mounting:

The lamp is mounted vertically on the pole Ø 90. It is attached by three bolts. Power W: fluo lamp up to 60W

This street lamp is made of material highly resistant to all atmospheric conditions, such as, for example, high and low temperatures. The body of the lamp is made of aluminum and the tightening support parts from zinc protected steel. The ballast housing is protected by a cover made of reinforced UV- stabile polyamide, which makes it resistant atmospheric conditions.

They consist of: housing made of die cast aluminum alloy, aluminum mirror, protector made of polycarbonate and gasket silicone rubber. All fittings are made of stainless steel material.

Installation:

Lantern can be mounted horizontally on the lyre Ø48 or vertically, on the pole, with carrier. It can simply be fastened with two screws. Advantage of the lamp is easy manipulation while working because the use of tools isn’t required when replacing a light bulb.
